The Count On Tools Replacement ZFF 250 Pre-Filters are low efficiency particle filters used to protect the electronic components within the SMT pick-and-place system from dust and other large, coarse debris. With the specially designed polymedia filter material along with iFuse coating, the replacement pre-filters can further extend the life of SMT equipment by offering increased performance and protection against dust and debris:

• The Count On Tools Replacement ZFF 250 Pre-Filter offers 20-35 percent efficiency compared to the 15 percent (or less) of the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter, increasing the particle absorption capabilities.

• The Replacement ZFF 250 Pre-Filter offers an equivalent 90 percent arrestance as the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter.

• Count On Tools’ ZFF 250 Pre-Filter has a MERV 8 rating compared to the MERV 1-6 of the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter.

• The Replacement ZFF 250 Filter catches more than 85 percent of particles 3-10 microns and more than 50 percent of particles 1-3 microns compared to the less than 20 percent of particles 3-10+ microns caught by the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter.
