Sept. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- Celebrate National Poetry Day on Thursday, 7 October with a free event featuring two of Wales’s finest poets, Paul Henry and Richard James Jones. The reading at the Dylan Thomas Centre begins at 7.30pm.

Paul Henry is one of Wales’s leading poets, and launches The Brittle Sea: New and Selected Poems at this event. The author of five collections, he has read at festivals across the UK and Europe. Originally a songwriter, Henry has guest-edited Poetry Wales and is a popular creative writing tutor. He recently presented the 'Inspired' series of arts programmes for BBC Radio Wales.

Reading with him is Richard James Jones, who lives and works in Swansea. He has had poems published in several magazines and is currently working towards his first full collection with the support of Paul Henry and the Academi´s mentoring scheme.
