Sept. 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Here's a great exercise. Imagine being right here, right now. All you need to focus on is reading this email and breathing. Not thinking about what you did this morning, what you’re going to do later.

You are being given permission to STOP for just a minute. Push out the world.

When you can learn to incorporate this sense of absolute stillness, you learn that each moment really is a gift and that those things that you’re worrying about really don’t require your attention as much as you think they do. Certainly not in this very moment.

Your breath becomes deeper, your unconscious habits slip away, you’re less apt to react with anger, less apt to judge, less apt to eat that [insert bad thing here] and your relationships become more genuine, more intimate.

Sounds pretty great, huh?
