PRLog - Sep. 28, 2010 - COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The Disability Message is dedicated to presenting news and articles related to People with Disabilities, Veterans, our Family Members and Friends. The world of media journalism does not include stories concerning people with disabilities and veterans in proportion to our population levels in America today. Approximately one-fifth of the citizens in the United States of America experience a form of disability. We comprise the largest minority population in the nation. For this reason, The Disability Message regularly posts stories related to us on every single page.
The Disability Message, located at: www.DisabilityMessage.com, has sections dedicated to Disability, Education, Health, Jobs, Reviews, Rights, Society, Veterans, and more. Each section on the site contains articles directly related to people with disabilities, veterans, our family members and friends. New items are posted on a consistent basis.
The Disability Message was created and is produced by Thomas C. Weiss, M.A., a veteran who has both service-connected and non-service connected forms of disabilities. Thomas pursued independent education on undergraduate and graduate levels in relation to Disability Studies. He also provided hands-on care for fellow persons with disabilities over a twenty-four year period of time as a Nursing Assistant.
The Disability Message is a learning site, meaning it will continue to grow and develop, bringing new features in addition to the ones already present over time. The site is dedicated to providing people with disabilities, veterans, our family members and friends with relevant, recent, and useful information on a regular basis. The Disability Message presents news stories and articles in a news page style that is familiar to all who read online news media.
