The heat is on at ORC this fall

ORC Members can now enjoy UNLIMITED Hot Yoga as part of their fitness, health and wellness regime.
 
Sept. 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Canada’s leading family health, wellness and sports club has added Hot Yoga to an already impressive line-up of lifestyle facilities and programming. With the inclusion of 22 Hot Yoga classes each week,  ORC members now have over 100 Group Fitness classes to choose from in addition to our extensive Tennis, Squash and Fitness facilities and clinics.    
   
Hot Yoga classes will be officially launched at ORC on October 4th.  ORC Members will be able to attend UNLIMITED hot yoga sessions as part of their membership.  They already get UNLIMITED Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Group Power and Group Step classes, as well as access to the Club’s fitness centre, children’s play centre, dining facilities and banquet centre.  

ORC’s General Manager, Jeff McCarrol, is excited about being able to offer Hot Yoga.  “One of our goals at ORC is to keep up with the evolving lifestyle of our members.  We consistently strive to add more benefits to club membership by introducing new programs, activities and services.  Hot Yoga is an exciting trend in fitness, and there are a lot of people who have seen results from practicing Hot Yoga.  It’s great that our members will be able to get the benefits of hot yoga practice at their own club, rather than having to go elsewhere.”  

About Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is described as a series of poses for strengthening and toning the body in a heated, calming and detoxifying environment.  The benefits of Hot Yoga include:

•   Detoxifies the body (by sweating)

•   Improves flexibility (stretches muscles, ligaments and tendons)
