iParty Celebrates a "Snooki Halloween"!

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 28, 2010 - iParty, one of the country’s largest party retailers, says Halloween is going tabloid this year!   Thanks to Tiger Woods, Jesse James, Snooki, “The Situation”, Lindsay Lohan and all of the people that have made “news” this year, Halloween 2010 will officially be the Year of the Scandal.
