Revealing her secrets of staying in top shape, Amelia said: “ Honestly I try to watch what I eat as much as possible (not to the extreme) but I compensate with going to the gym and drinking a lot of water on a daily basis. On the weekends I cheat by eating whatever I want”.
Revealing about her diet, Amelia said: “For breakfast I eat a nice cereal with organic fat free milk . Lunch: I eat carbs and protein and for dinner just protein. (most of my meals I try to eat them with organic food)”.
