“Bussterism” – a Dr. Russ Buss useable, optimistic quote to “bussterize” a pessimistic moment.

“Bussterize” – to pulverize a negative, hopeless, helpless thought by replacing it with a positive, energizing and motivating one as if to turn dust mites into “stardust.”
