Livelihood" be heard.  In Peninsula Shops most recent participation during Redwood City's public community event, Salsa Festival, many event goers returned to Peninsula Shops  "Watermelon Salsa" tasting booth for thirds! This random and uncommonly known salsa is a testament to Peninsula Shops savvy ability to bring unique opportunities to the community we all know and share as The Peninsula.

Jason E. Sutherland, Owner/Founder, of Peninsula Shops loves bringing a unique and solid flare the brand that Peninsula Shops represents. "What better way to  do that then participating in a Salsa tasting contest with Watermelon Ginger Salsa" - Jason E. Sutherland.

Helping to promote local livelihood, Peninsula Shops will be sending many salsa tasters the unique recipe (minus a few secrets - can't let the competition in  ;-) ). The Watermelon Salsa was suggested to Peninsula Shops by a woman with the initials of D.W.. Not only was the salsa recipe a refreshing approach to salsa but it was perfect for the required 6 gallons of production.

The continued recognition of Peninsula Shops is well received by Owner/Founder Jason E. Sutherland and his cooking coach Henry Portner. Peninsula Shops plans on entering into next year contest to defend its title with hopes of winning the "People Choice Award".
