Full Service Inventory Solutions

Digitory Solution Inc.’s Full Service Inventory Solutions is designed for busy Public Adjusters looking for a trusted partner who can take care of everything from scoping the loss to transcription and contents valuation.
Digitory deploys its resources on your behalf to capture content claim data in the field. Digitory's Field Inventory Specialists scope the loss on-site; and this service also includes working with the Insured during the on-site scope visit. To conduct a "scope of loss", our uniformed On-site Inventory Specialist arrives at the loss site, analyzes each room and documents each damaged item with descriptions, such as brand, model, material, etc. Our Specialist is also able to meet with the Insured, the Insurance Company's Adjusters, and other relevant parties. If the to-be-scoped loss is of a significant size, Digitory Solutions usually dispatches two or more Inventory Specialists in order to complete the work in the most time-efficient way possible. A scope of loss is meticulously documented via tablet PCs, digital audio recorders, and digital cameras for fast, efficient, and accurate inventories.
Wireless broadband internet utilized by our On-site Specialists allows quick and efficient data exchange between our field specialists and research experts. Digitizing the Document, a.k.a. the transcription process, involves transcribing inventories in industry-standard Excel worksheets for a professional representation of your claim.

Digitory RIM™ (Remote Inventory Solutions)

Our professionals assist you in processing your inventory claims-related tasks and perfectly combine in-depth industry expertise with innovative methods. This unique service was designed to improve the quality and credibility of your client's content claim and to save your firm countless hours of data entry, valuation, and report writing-related tasks. Digitory's Remote Inventory Solution allows Public Adjusters to submit handwritten or dictated personal property inventory documentation for transcription, valuation, and substantiation. Completed content claim reports are mailed back to the Public Adjuster in electronic format, with RCV and/or ACV quoted for each line item and a recapitalization page with totals.
Our Remote Inventory Solution covers the collection of data, completion, and management of critical steps in the content claims process:
 Processing of all provided documents. This includes scope of loss, receipts, invoices, and photographs.
 Electronic claim documentation. Content claim reports are completed in a digital format which includes the valuation of the loss and supporting documentation for the prices.
 Quick and efficient communications, including transfer of files between all parties. All transactions are made online. You can view status updates online and will receive a copy of the final claim inventory online.
 Claim management. An account manager will oversee your claim from start to finish and coordinate with you and your client, leaving you more time to focus on profit generating activities.

Transcription Service

Digitory's Transcription Service allows you to submit your written or recorded documents to us for transcription using several data formats, eliminating any deviation from your current business process. Simply submit your files into our system and you will receive a confirmation notice. Within one business day, an estimated date of completion will be sent to you via email. In a short period, your completed document will be sent via email as an attachment. Digitory’s Transcription Service is open 24 hours a day, including weekends. We can handle extremely large documents and do not require advanced notification. You would be able to edit and print your final document as easily as if your own office staff had completed it. The entire Digitory suite allows you to have virtually unlimited back-office support, available at all times, only paying for what you need without the overhead costs of a traditional office staff.

Appraisal Clause Services

Recently, Public Adjusters have begun to realize the huge benefits of invoking their client's appraisal clause when faced with an impasse during settlement negotiations. Digitory's Appraisal Firm consists of several very well-respected, experienced, and aggressive appraisers from the New York City Metro area. Our appraisers encompass a unique and extensive background in the insurance industry, from claim adjusting, contractual law, policy statute, and personal property valuation to structural engineering, restoration, and construction. All Appraisal members of the firm utilize the vast resources of our back office of researchers, valuation experts, and cross examiners, who analyze and report on all errors, miscalculations, misrepresentations, missing data, and violations contained in documents and estimates produced by the imposing party.
Furthermore, our firm gathers background intelligence on all individuals suggested or utilized by the imposing party.
