Princeton Enterprises Purchases Willow Way Apartments

Sept. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Princeton Enterprises, an Orchard Lake, Mich.-based real estate investment and management firm, recently announced the purchase of Willow Way Apartments in College Park, Ga. Princeton Enterprises Founder and CEO, Matthew B. Lester, made the announcement.  

The 304-unit community offers apartment living conveniently located within the Atlanta metropolitan area. Willow Way features one, two and three bedroom town home floor plans.  

“Willow Way Apartments offers best in class amenities for its market and is situated south of downtown Atlanta, close to local shopping, dining, public transportation and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the country’s largest airport,” said Lester. “Expanding Princeton Enterprises’ presence in Georgia is an important goal for our company, and this purchase was a great next step for us.”

The transaction closed during third quarter 2010.
