Iwayloan, L.P. Opens New Branch in Georgia

Sept. 23, 2010 - PRLog -- Iwayloan, L.P. announced today that it has opened a new retail loan origination branch office in Georgia.  The company previously announced plans for expansion through the establishment of retail branch offices.  “We have been licensed in Georgia for some time, but did not want to move forward with a new branch office until we had the right person” said Managing Director Larry Lobb.  “And Jim Platford is exactly the best person to be our Georgia State Manager.”

Jim Platford is a well known industry veteran of over ten years.  Most recently Jim has been in retail originations, but previously served as a Vice President of National Accounts for CitiMortgage.    At Iwayloan he will focus on high income, high net worth, high credit score borrowers primarily seeking jumbo loans.  In his capacity as State Manager, Mr. Platford will manage Georgia compliance, regulatory activities, and internal branch audits from his new branch location in the Atlanta area.

Jim is a long time resident of the Atlanta area.  He is active as a coach in organized youth baseball and football, on the Executive Board of the Marist Alumni Association, and is a Past President and current Board member of his neighborhood homeowners' association.
