Hide keyword text on your web pages:
To improve keyword density use extra hidden text. Use the same colour text on your webpage as the background colour of the webpage assuming same colour text are not visible to the human but can be read by the search engine crawlers. But as the most search engines are smarter now they will easily detect the pages using such techniques and will happily ban your sites.

Keyword spam:
“Only few people know about keyword density” so stuff lots of keywords all over your web page – in the Title tag, Meta tags, Anchor texts, Alt Attributes etc., in an attempt to increase keyword density or accommodate large number of keywords on the same page.
