Jackson Subaru Dealer Announces New 2011 Subaru Forester Features, Trims

Sept. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- The 2011 Subaru Forester, one of Subaru’s most award-winning crossovers, is set to arrive at Paul Moak Subaru with a number of significant improvements, including a new engine and improved fuel economy.

2011 Subaru Forester Specs

The Forester 2.5X will be powered by a 2.5-liter engine, which will provide 170 horsepower at lower rpm than prior models.  The new powertrain will also make the Forester more efficient, achieving 21 mpg in the city and 27 on the highway, an improvement of one mpg from 2010.

A new 2.5X Touring model will feature HID headlights with automatic height adjustment, an audio system with display and back-up camera system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and mirrors with integrated turn signals.

Also a new addition for 2011 is the 2.5XT Premium model, which replaces the 2.5X Premium.  The 2.5XT Premium includes a 10-way power driver's seat and an upgraded stereo with six speakers, among many other features.

All Forester models except for the base model will include Bluetooth connectivity as a standard feature and have a removable 4.3-inch TomTom Navigation System as an added option.
