Research and Development Engineer Announces Real Massive Dynamic


Yellow Springs, OH:  Marshall Barnes, a research and development engineer with an extensive and eclectic background in technologies and applications from the entertainment, transportation and aerospace, energy, IT, bio-med, psychology, and military R&D, will announce in Cleveland, OH at 3:30 September 25th his formal intention to create a real life version of the Massive Dynamic corporation from the Fox Television Network program, FRINGE.  This company will create and develop true, 21st century level innovations, many of which already exist in various forms in Marshall's laboratory, that will eclipse many of the products on the market today and have a revolutionary effect on every field in which they are introduced.

The way that the company will take shape is dependent upon what can kind of investors take part and at what level. The key is that Marshall has already developed and owns the various technologies, applications and products that the company will be based on and from which money will be generated. Without those, there would be nothing to turn into a business. Many of them are in, or near, a turn key operational state and require very little capital investment - but have a high income potential. The structure of the company is variable because if a seed investor gets involved in the right project before a venture capital firm invests, it is possible to generate enough revenue to fund the next level of development projects without needing any further capital investment, thus cutting out the opportunity for those who waited too long.

Simultaneously, a VC firm could come along and invest in everything at once or a large portion, before a smaller, seed investor gets involved,  thus cutting the seed investor out. Although other scenarios are possible as well, the end result is that those who wait are bound to miss the opportunity altogether.

The impact of many of his inventions will be global and have insiders comparing him to Nicola Tesla with the ultimate effect of the company's financial potential being on the scope of Microsoft or Google, but on a far wider reaching scale. He has taken the last thirty years to do the research and development that would be beyond where the state of the art is now, in enough areas, so that when they are released they will change the world.
