2-Day Economic Empowerment Summit Coming to Kansas City, Hosted by Harvest Church

The 2010 Economic Empowerment Summit titled “Today’s Business Strategies – Vision, Support, and Execution will be held on Friday, September 24, and Saturday, September 25th, 2010 at Harvest Church International Outreach.

Sept. 15, 2010 - PRLog -- The 2010 Economic Empowerment Summit titled "Today’s Business Strategies – Vision, Support, and Execution" will be held on Friday, September 24, and Saturday, September 25th, 2010 at Harvest Church International Outreach, 4300 N. Corrington Ave, Kansas City Missouri. The Summit opens Friday night at 6:00 pm with a Networking Session with vendors showcasing their products and services to those who attend.  

On Saturday, September 25th, the summit will open at 8:00 am with a continental breakfast, followed by three dynamic speakers sharing their insight on essential component for success in business in today’s economic climate.  

Dr. Steve Houpe the Founder and Pastor of Harvest Church will open at 9am with Session I: Vision.  Dr. Houpe is a noteworthy author of multiple books and continues to expand the vision of Harvest Church with a full service restaurant, Mama Jo’s BBQ, Leah’s House a home for unwed mothers, and currently a multi-million dollar senior citizen complex, and soon coming Destiny Plaza commercial complex.

Session II: Support will be presented by Rob Coats an award winning entrepreneur and international speaker, Rob is the founder and president of Connect Your Life, a national organization established to connect innovative professionals and entrepreneurs across the nation and author of “Connect and Grow Rich”.

Session III: Execution will be presented by Lillian Lincoln Lambert the first African American woman to receive and MBA from Harvard Business School in mid 1970’s.  After Harvard she founded Centennial One, Inc., a building maintenance company that was started in her garage with a few thousand dollars.  For twenty-five years she was the President and CEO until she sold the company.  Over those years, Centennial grew to $20 million in sales with more than 1,200 employees.  

The Summit is designed to provide information to produce successful Christian entrepreneurs, who are able to gain wealth and create opportunities for others.
