Lee & Associates Negotiates $6.2 Million 10-Year Office Lease

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep. 13, 2010 - Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a 10-year lease of a 38,600-square-foot office building located at 43040 Margarita Road in Temecula, Calif.  The value of the lease is approximately $6.2 million.

Rick Marcus, CCIM of Lee & Associates-North San Diego County represented the landlord LSMS Investments. The tenant, River Springs Charter School, was represented by Mission Realty and will be using the property for a K-12 charter school.

According to Marcus, the property was initially built as a professional medical plaza. “The center appealed to the tenant because it was conveniently vacant and offered favorable qualities that included the ideal size, layout and location for the school.”
