InWard Motion and Vail Resorts begin Real Body Boot Camp

Sept. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Daniel Ward of InWard Motion and his brainchild - Real Body Boot Camp program, provide time and space-efficient total body weight loss and conditioning workouts. The training program caters to the client who wants an innovative full body workout at a time that fits his or her schedule.

Partnering with Vail Resorts has been a dream of Daniel's and his RBBC coach Shawn Crampton who will be teaching the boot camp classes and works for Vail. The Corporate Wellness System piloted at Vail Resorts will just entail the boot camp but the full system provides wellness, life coaching, nutrition education and counseling and other benefits.

Daniel Ward has also partnered with Greg Justice, president of the Association of Professional Personal Trainers and a veteran in corporate wellness. "We know that without proper nutrition and regular intensive exercise the body breaks down into a state of disease. When this happens, companies lose out on their most important and valuable asset - their employee." A recent article in the Chicago Tribune talks about this very thing.
