Atlantic Commercial Group Announces Land Sale In Boynton Beach, Florida

Sept. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- Boca Raton, FL – Gary M. Broidis, Principal and Broker of Boca Raton-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc. announced the completed Sale transaction of a one (1) acre parcel of land located in Boynton Beach, Florida.  Located at the southeast intersection of Boynton Beach Blvd. and the Florida Turnpike, according to Mr. Broidis, “this parcel represents one of the last remaining parcels of land available for development in the area”.  

The property was sold by The Karl Corporation and was purchased by The Skin Institute of Boynton Beach.  The land will be developed to accommodate an approximately 6,500 square foot, 2-story medical building for the offices of Dr. Andrew Weinstein.  Mr. Broidis has worked with The Karl Corporation in the past on various retail, land and office properties in the South Florida market area and was delighted to work again with The Karl Corporation along with the office of Dr. Weinstein and Dr. DeVoursney.
