Designer hangs customers’ personality out for all to see with custom holiday wreaths!

Sept. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- LAS VEGAS – It doesn’t matter if you’re into Barbie dolls, music, sports, or sex and Rock ‘N Roll, Patsy Knights-Brown can show customers how to take a few personal items that reflect their personality and customize a holiday wreath that will make their door the envy of the neighborhood. A bag full of old mismatched sparkling jewelry, a broken rhinestone belt buckle & buttons, and a few feathers are transformed into a “Diva Wreath” with lots of sparkle and bling-bling. There’s even a spring-time wreath complete with tea cup and saucer, and her 2010 signature luxury wreath, ‘The Patsy’ has a gift box full of candy.  “Not everyone wants to have their home lit up like the ‘Griswolds’, says Knights-Brown, President and owner of Christmas Knights, but I believe people want to show off their unique style, feelings or ideas – each wreath should tell its own magical holiday story.”

Knights-Brown began hand-making Christmas wreaths as gifts on her dining room table in 2000 for neighbors and a few close friends. Then in 2008, after her father passed away, Knights-Brown inspired by his love of Christmas and his sense of style and sophistication opened, ChristmasKNIGHTS.com, an on-line wreath boutique.  Like many on-line wreaths Knights-Brown offers standard 25” Douglas fir wreaths in a huge array of colors and creative styles, but her talent is her ability to customize them into works of art that reflect the individual. “I wanted to create wreaths that allow people to express themselves through their holiday decorating choices. That’s really my passion.”  Customers may order from existing inventory or have a wreath customized. Wreaths range from $45 to $100, with customized wreaths starting at $100. A portion of the proceeds go to SafeNest (www.SafeNest.org), a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the eradication of domestic violence.
