Columbia, SC – September 10, 2010 – Local real estate professional Morris Lyles of ERA Wilder Realty in Columbia, SC has been elected Secretary of the Central Carolina Realtors Association. Lyles will serve a one-year term in his new position which he will begin 1/1/2011.
"It's an honor to serve in a position where I can better assist the consumers of Columbia." said Lyles, a 15-year real estate veteran. "As Secretary of CCRA, I will ensure that homebuyers and sellers continue to receive the quality real estate guidance and ethical solutions they so deserve."
A 15 year veteran of the real estate industry, Lyles has worked and served in several capacities including currently as Broker in Charge of the Midtown office of ERA Wilder Realty Inc. In his 15 years, he has received many honors, including Circle of Excellence, his C.R.S. designation and his A.B.R. designation. A 1996 graduate of Presbyterian College he is a certified Integrity Coach, trainer of AccelERAtion and is a 2001 graduate of Leadership Columbia. He also has served as President of Columbia Kiwanis Club and the Columbia Museum of Art Contemporaries.
