Odyssey Resorts, Duluth MN, Welcome “Full Circle” Lake Superior Walkers

Duluth, MN – September 10, 2010.  Two Odyssey Resorts on Lake Superior are hosting Mike Link and Kate Crowley as they continue their “Full Circle” walk around Lake Superior. Their journey began from Duluth on April 29th, and over five months they have walked, and talked, and researched, their way around the Great Lake.

Larsmont Cottages on Lake Superior (larsmontcottages.com) will host Mike Link and Kate Crowley on Thursday and Friday nights, September 16 and 17.  This will be the last stay over before the couple makes the final leg of their journey, returning to Duluth on Saturday September 18.

Beginning at 4:00pm on Friday September 17, the public and media are invited along with resort guests to attend an informal story session to hear about the couple’s adventures, their inspiration and journey. Weather permitting their stories will be shared around the campfire, but it will be held in the Ledge Rock Grille (LedgeRockGrille.com) if necessary. East Bay Suites in Grand Marais was host to the couple on the night of Wednesday September 8th. The following is an excerpt by Kate Crowley (from their website http://www.fullcirclesuperior.org): “We did 12 miles on Tuesday and ended the day at the East Bay Suites, where we have been generously given a suite by an anonymous donor.  It is a beautiful spot and as I write, the sun has just broken the horizon over the lake and its golden rays are coming in through the glass door and windows.”
