Tupelo Toastmasters Change Time and Location

Sept. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- Tupelo Toastmasters will be changing meeting schedules and location in order to attract more members. The new meeting location will be in the Tupelo War Museum, located in the same building as the Oren Dunn Museum at Ballard Park. The new meeting time will be from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. The first meeting affected by the changes will be September 21.

"This is a great opportunity to attract more members" commented Anita Kimery, President of the Tupelo Toastmasters. "We have had several people express a desire to be a part of Tupelo Toastmasters Group, but were holding back because of the previous location and time schedule."

Tupelo Toastmasters includes nearly half a dozen new members which have joined within the past year, but many more have inquired expressing either a concern about the location of meetings or the difficulty getting to the meetings on time due to the previous schedule. "These changes are long over due and we honestly believe this may be the perfect time to help increase our membership" expressed Mrs Kimery.
