Commenting Morton says " This is not the first time that this all-incluisve resort has come to my attention. I am instructed by a group of UK holidaymakers who were taken ill with similar symptoms, in this resort towards the end of May 2009 and wish to seek recompense for their illness and ruined holidays."
Internet reports from recently returning holidaymakers suggest that an outbreak of illness has struck again. Guests complain of poor hygiene in respect of food and the swimming pools.
Morton continued "Anyone returning from this resort that has been unfortunate enough to have been affected should consult their GP as soon as they get home to pinpoint exactly what their illness is. Any documentation obtained in resort should be retained (medical invoices, pharmacy receipts, copy complaint forms etc). I suggest that they then seek legal advice. If it is that the source of the illness is found to be the failings of the Hotel / Tour Operator then holidaymakers may be entitled to compensation."
