Acua Limited is preparing to open new offices across the country and has recruited five new business development managers as part of the major expansion.
The company, which has its headquarters in Coventry and is affiliated to Coventry University, has also appointed two regional managers to oversee the growth across the country.
Among the new recruits is Lucy Rushton who will be promoting the company’s tailored leadership and management programmes across the South West having previously worked at DHL Express where she led a 170-strong team of field sales customers. Acua are already working with Wessex Water and Lucy will be looking to increase Acua’s portfolio in the South West.
Jackie Williams is heading up Acua’s development team in London and boasts more than 15 years sales and business development experience most recently at management consultants, Proudfoot Consulting and Seramar Consulting.
The duo are joined by Trevor Clarke who has been recruited from the Chartered Management Institute, former SkillSoft consultant Nii Okyne and Sonny Lakhani who has worked in the management consultancy field for nearly 10 years. The trio will be based in Surrey, Berkshire and Leicestershire respectively.
Barry Loughran, who has more than 30 years experience in financial services, has been appointed regional sales manager for the North while Oliver Raisbeck has taken on the same role for the Midlands and the South.
Acua Managing Director Larraine Boorman said the company is in great shape to build on its success heading into 2011.
