Rational SelfCooking Center®: Fully automatic cooking and cleaning

This advanced cooking unit not only cooks food to perfection, fully automatically, but now with CareControl® it cleans itself fully automatically as well – and only when necessary. There’s no limescale build-up and no need for a separate water softener.

On Stand K19 experienced Rational chefs will be explaining to visitors just how the SelfCooking Center achieves its fantastic cooking results. From muffins through to steak, mouth-watering pastries through to fish and bread through to meringues the SelfCooking Center calculates the optimum cooking environment for the food, adjusting the cooking time and balance of wet and dry heat.

What’s more, when the units need cleaning they alert the kitchen staff. At that point all the staff have to do is pop in a couple of special cleaning tabs and start the cleaning cycle. Once it has finished, the SelfCooking Center is sparkling clean and ready for operation again.

For anyone who wants to know a bit more and have hands-on experience of a SelfCooking Center, Rational arranges TeamCooking Live seminars at over 90 venues throughout the UK, including Premier League football clubs, universities, colleges, restaurants, hotels and pubs.

These seminars are run by expert chefs in a friendly and informal way.
