This is something we've never seen before, never really dreamed was possible. It's a kung fu master who has super-sensitized his hands to feel injuries that cause pain with such detail that he can almost unfailingly fix the problem so it doesn't exist and years of suffering are over right on the spot.

“Pain is mechanical” says Tom Chi a/k/a The Pain Whisperer. “I fix it, they feed me a fish and it's on to the next one!”.

SeaWorld jokes aside, it's astonishing to see videotapes sent in by suffering people who then meet Chi and their lives are transformed. One woman we observed had been considered disabled for 20 years. Charlotte had 3 years of physical therapy and saw five doctors for her overwhelming headaches, back pain with herniated discs, knee pain and more. Constantly in pain she could barely sit, walk short distances, bend, squat or raise her arms over her head.

After seeing these results for themselves several networks are vying for rights to this show including, ABC, Discovery and TLC. The hope is to rush it into the fall lineup. Chi says there is a medical revolution coming and his methods clearly can change the way we approach pain, saving millions from suffering and billions of dollars on misspent healthcare. Chi plans to train an army of students to do this work and he will not only field videotapes and fix those sufferers but will challenge the Hospital for Special Surgery (he calls hip and knee replacements “benign medical atrocities) as he says most patients can be cured without surgery. And he proves it.

Expect to see Chi treat patients with a dunking booth in the background just in case a patient wasn't happy (“now that's responsible medicine!” says Chi. He'll also fix 30 carpal tunnel patients, 30 knee patients and 30 back patients one after the other to show it can be done immediately, over and over and the results last! Chi plans to parachute with a carpal tunnel patient and fix it before they pull their chutes!

Medical doctors are consulted on these results and they are often speechless, sometimes jubilant, sometimes forlorn as everything they've known to use for pain is now thrown out the window right in front of them.

Look for Chi to charm us with his wit and inventiveness, his tremendous compassion for those in need and his never-ending grin as he salsa dances the night away... unless he spots someone with a neck or wrist brace or a cane in which case he pauses, fixes, dances. It's outrageous!
