Follow on Google News | Ted Whittaker, Co-Founder of Broadcast Pix and Echolab, Passed AwayBroadcast Pix™ announced today that Ted Whittaker, 80, a co-founder of the company, recently died suddenly. He spent more than 50 years in the television industry, where he also co-founded switcher producer Echolab.
According to Broadcast Pix Senior Vice President Russell Whittaker, who is Ted’s son, “Ted felt lucky to have the chance to help found Broadcast Pix. He was very proud of the way its staff worked together to make the company what it is today.
