Integrated Consulting (www.icpcs.com) today announced that Josh Medica was chosen to educate international participants on planning, scheduling, risk and cost control for energy projects.  This master class will be help in Manama, Bahrain on October 3rd and 4th and then Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on October 7th and 8th.

This training course will provide the fundamentals of schedule, budget, and risk development, analysis, and control as they apply within the project life cycle.  This course is designed to introduce oil and gas executives, senior managers, project managers, and project controls personnel to tools that effectively increase productivity and help properly forecast and trend,by utilizing industry tested and proven methodologies.
