USVoice Networks Launches Online Marketplace for Knowledge Exchange

Service examples include PC technical support, business help, lifestyle advice or any assistance that can be provided by telephone.  USVoice.net supplies providers with a virtual number to preserve privacy.  The caller contacts the provider on his or her virtual number and USVoice.net routes the call to any telephone number the provider chooses.  Service providers determine the rate they will charge callers.  USVoice.net charges a nominal fee of 10 cents U.S. per minute and the remaining profit is available to service providers via PayPal.

Callers benefit from immediate access to affordable guidance.  They start by purchasing a calling card in an amount between $10 and $100.  Then, they then dial a toll free access number to connect with the provider of their choice.  Caller costs are limited to the total purchase of the calling card.

To manage service provider and caller accounts securely, USVoice.net created an Account Manager portal for the USVoice.net community. Service providers can perform functions such as administer their call-through number, activate their service and monitor their profits. Card purchasers can review transactions, rate service providers and recharge their account as needed.
