Top Energy Trading Compliance Industry Leaders to Gather at ACI’s ETC Conference

Sept. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- American Conference Institute (ACI) has announced that, now in its fourth year, its Energy Trading Compliance conference will feature key government regulators and industry professionals on its faculty.  The conference, which takes place on September 28-29, 2010, at the Hilton Post Oak Hotel in Houston, TX, has been updated and improved to take into account the numerous and complex regulatory changes stemming from Financial Reform Legislation.

John Kroeger, Branch Chief, Office of Enforcement, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Patricia Galvan, Deputy Assistant Director, Bureau of Competition, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Geoffrey Aronow, Former Director of Enforcement, Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will lead the Enforcement Panel, providing real world insight on the coming initiatives from these key regulatory agencies.
