Independent Distribution Collective's Fall 2010 Showcase Spotlights San Francisco's Standout Artists

Sept. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Independent Distribution Collective, a San Francisco based Physical and Digital Distribution Company, proudly presents its “Fall 2010” Showcase at The Union Room (above Biscuits and Blues) on September 25th, 2010.

This event will feature a few of IDC’s standout artists and bands who are in the process of promoting new releases at one of San Francisco’s upscale venues. This event will feature 4 artists/bands and there will be CD giveaways from IDC’s ever growing catalog. 3 of the 4 acts are San Francisco locals who will be doing major promotion leading up to this event. San Francisco artists who will be featured include: Karney http://www.karney.org, Katie Garibaldi http://www.katiegaribaldi.com, and Roy G. Biv and the Mnemonic Devices http://www.facebook.com/roygbivband

Also on the bill is Los Angeles based Singer/Songwriter Amanda Abizaid http://www.amandaabizaid.com, who is touring throughout the Bay Area during this time promoting her new album “This Life” which was released by IDC in August of 2010. Amanda will feature some special “Bay Area” guests and IDC hopes this event will allow fans of the local bands to experience Amanda’s wonderful talent.

All of these artists/bands span genres from Singer/Songwriter to Folk, Rock and even some World influences. CDs for all of these groups will be available on the night of the show. There is fine Cajun food available and the event is expected to be standing room only, so fans should purchase tickets in advance.
