Palm Harbor residents have been enjoying The Fountains Plaza for years - but now it boasts a fresh new look and state of the art advertising.
Aron Kedan is one of the principals of this family owned and operated retail/medical plaza. He manages the property under Golan Realty, Inc. and has put a great deal of thought into the plaza's renovation. "We recently re-painted the entire plaza twice! We weren't happy with our color choices at first, so we hired an Architectural Designer and we are extremely pleased with the new colors. No expense was spared. We take great pride in The Fountains and renovations are still ongoing. We are installing a full color LED display sign to be part of our existing pylon sign sitting right on US19". Mr. Kedan says they are very excited about the new LED sign and that the refurbishing of the center is still underway. "Sidewalks and brick inlays are next". The management at The Fountains has already re-sealed the parking lot, and the property is consistently well kept and beautifully landscaped.
