Sullivan Construction participating in the Northeast Sustainable Energy Building Tour

Sept. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Bedford NH. Sullivan Construction, Inc. is opening their office on Saturday, October 2, 2010, from 10AM to 3PM. They will be hosting a public to tour of their Platinum Certified LEED Corporate headquarters located at 258 So. River Road in Bedford. Sullivan Construction is participating in the Northeast Sustainable Energy Building Tours. The Corporate headquarters office recently received the prestigious USGBC LEED Platinum Commercial Interiors Certification, the first office building in NH with this highest level of recognition for sustainable construction.  The building is energy efficient, saving 33% on HVAC and lighting and obtained a 1.9 year payback on the incremental costs to achieve this savings.
