Study Confirms Mineral Resources International as Only Verified Source of GSL-Mineral Supplements

Aug. 31, 2010 - PRLog -- A new academic study of the three companies claiming to source minerals from the Great Salt Lake—Mineral Resources International, Inc. (“MRI”), Trace Minerals Research, L.C. (“TMR, L.C.”), and Salt Lake Minerals (“SLM”)—has been completed by University of Utah Economics professor Wade C. Roberts, Ph.D. According to Dr. Roberts’ findings, “Only MRI implements a traditional solar-evaporation technology when transforming raw GSL water into a concentrated mineral form.”

The study follows several months of interviews with company officials, site visits to each of the companies, and in-depth analysis of production methods in an attempt to verify claims.  

Roberts was able to validate the source of minerals for MRI, Inc., NorthShore Limited Partnership, a sister company of MRI’s, that is located on the northern tip of the northwest arm of the Great Salt Lake and is the supplier of MRI’s all-natural, food-grade, solar-evaporated minerals.
