Chamber announces September "Summer Cool Down" meeting

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 31, 2010 - What better way to discuss chamber business then on the beach? All are invited to join the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce as they end the season and jumpstart the fall agenda. Enjoy an evening at the oceanfront SeaShell Resort and Beach Club in Beach Haven while networking, sampling light fare and appetizers while listening to the musical styling of Chris Fritz. This 5:30 pm meeting is a departure from the monthly luncheon meeting held at the Holiday Inn, October’s meeting will return to the regular time and place.

“This is a opportunity to unwind and hear what the chamber has in store for the rest of 2010”, says Chris Schwab of the Van Dyk Group,  chair of the Business Events Committee and First Vice President of the Chamber. Items on the agenda to be discussed is October 2 and 3 Chowderfest Weekend, LBI Region Scarecrow Contest, upcoming meeting speakers and welcoming new members. “This is not business as usual,” adds Schwab “We are going to celebrate another great summer and announce the many good things to come."
