Touch Screen 2.0 simplifies the bake cycle of Nova Verta Spray Booth

Aug. 31, 2010 - PRLog -- Every working phases is simplified thanks to the use of Touch Screen 2.0, a well-advanced device, created by Nova Verta, to increase Spray Booths performances. The operators can spare precious time and save a considerable quantity of energy in every cycle.

In the main screen the different icons are simply detectable, and it is easy to understand to which phases they refer to, such as painting, flash-off, bake, cooling. To start a specific function it is enough to touch the display with a finger.

One or more bake phases can be scheduled both for Bake Cycle and Fast Dry (for waterborne painting) using this control panel: pressing upon an icon it is possible to change the time, the temperature, the speed, the air quantity and activate or disconnect WIND devices, if there are any. By pressing the JUMP button, one can skip to the next phase

Touch Screen offers, amongst its advantages, the possibility to customize the control panel in foreign languages, to set a large number of Bake profiles that can be activated only with the Bake Cycle, that allow, before getting to the standard Bake, to carry out some “short cycle” with time, temperature and quantity of make-up and exhaust air according to specific needs.

Touch Screen technology ensures to save 500 settings; everyone allows to configure up to 4 different phases of the bake cycle, and it can be activated in the future facilitating and speeding up the different working procedures without losing precious time.
