The Brown Hotel Presents Fall 2010 Cooking Class Demonstrations Schedule & Culinary Getaway Package

7:00 pm, Friday, September 17 – Local Italian Cuisine from Friuli Venezia Giulia
7:00 pm, Friday, October 15 – Discover Portugal

Guests will enjoy an intimate cooking demonstration by The Brown Hotel Executive Chef Laurent Géroli, at the chef’s table. This is an exclusive interactive experience creating five dishes with wine served during the presentation. The cost is $79 plus tax and gratuity, seating is limited. “Our popular Cooking Class Demonstrations offer food lovers a great escape from the daily routine,” said Brown Hotel assistant general manager Guy Genoud. “We invite our Cooking Class guests to stay the night with us and enjoy our special Culinary Getaway Package.”

The Culinary Getaway Package is for two people and provides the Cooking Class Demonstration, an overnight stay in a deluxe king room with valet parking, and breakfast on Saturday morning in the J. Graham Café. The cost starts at $399 plus tax. Packages are sold on a first come first served basis due to the limited seating availability at the chef’s table.
