Google Analytics has become synonymous with tracking usage metrics about your website and its visitors.  You can now integrate your Hosted Numbers’ telephone numbers directly with Google Analytics, allowing you to track phone calls right alongside your website metrics. Our system allows you to specify a webpage hosted on your own web server that will be viewed by our robots any time a call is placed into your system.  You can include specialized tags in the Query String of your analytics web address which will allow you to track specific information about each call (I.E. call duration, caller’s phone number, phone number the caller dialed, etc). Include your Google Analytics JavaScript tracking code on your analytics page, and your call will be visible right inside your Google Analytics reports.  If this sounds complicated, do not worry because we have created a wizard that automates the setup process.
