Macomb, MI – Home listings are abundant today and asking prices are low.  When supplies are up and demand is low, people can buy a home for a great price.  Selling a home isn’t so easy.  These conditions are known as a buyers’ market.  With more home listings to choose from, buyers can be picky, so sellers have to apply more effort and be patient.

Once he determines the value of the home, Sam Cicala will explain how he came to the asking price and see if this will work for his client.  “Chances are, a seller will decide to wait a year or two if market conditions don’t allow them to sell their home for the price they want.  I would rather lose the listing than waste their time trying to list a home for more than a buyer will pay.”
