Minneapolis, MN - Many K-12 schools are already examining the cost-saving benefits of online interfaces for employee health and safety training. To Dorschner, embracing a hybrid approach to training is also critical. “Some would preach that online training is the answer to everything. It’s not. It’s a powerful, flexible, and cost-saving tool, but it is not the answer to everything. There will always be a place, at times, for some amounts of in-person group training. From a regulatory record-keeping and training management perspective, it is critical for a web-based learning management system to be capable of managing both.”
