The Atrium at The Allendale Community for Mature Living will host a series of specialized health screenings designed to save lives and prevent debilitating strokes and cardiovascular conditions as part of its Annual Health Fair on Saturday, September 11. The screenings will be held at The Atrium, offering residential living with supportive services on the Allendale Community campus.
Representatives from Life Line Screening Radiology, LLC will be conducting the five different evaluations throughout the day. Each is designed to assess an individual's risk for life-threatening conditions that often do not present symptoms, including strokes/carotid artery blockages; heart rhythm irregularities;
Each test is administered within a relatively short time; however, appointment spaces are limited and pre-registration is required. To reserve a time slot, call (800) 636-0418 to set an appointment time. Registrants will receive a reminder post card and a courtesy call prior to the screening.
