Analytic Red release their free one page report:'Finding the Risks You Didn't Know You Had ...'

Aug. 26, 2010 - PRLog -- Analytic Red LLP have today (the 26th of August 2010) released their free one page report:'Finding the Risks You Didn't Know You Had Or Thought You Had Covered'.

Drawing on their extensive consulting experience, Analytic Red's founding partners Dr Mils Hills and Jas Mahrra list five fundamental flaws in organisations' risk management. The findings are drawn from consulting in highly regulated, commercial, political and policy environments. As Mils notes "there are significant advantages in drawing on external support for risk investigation, analysis and control testing, especially when consultants are skilled in uncovering uncontrolled risks through gaining the confidence of staff both junior and senior".

Jas and Mils formed Analytic Red in 2005. Prior to that, they led the prestigious Scenario Development Team in the Cabinet Office where they developed a hard-hitting methodology for testing policies and plans. "Our approach has been developed and tested against national plans for some of the most challenging risks imaginable," says Mils. Customers for this work ranged from 10 Downing Street, the Governor of the Bank of England, COBR and defence and security organisations.

Over the past five years, Analytic Red have been contracted to private and public sector organisations, including QinetiQ, the British Bankers Association, CPNI, the Home and Foreign Offices, the Bank of England and the Scottish Government.
