(EUREKA SPRINGS, AR) – As the weather cools, the deals for tourists are heating up in this Ozarks getaway destination. The City Advertising and Promotions Commission (C.A.P.C.), in conjunction with city businesses, has announced the return of September Senior Savings Month, offering discounts at many of the city’s lodgings, restaurants, attractions, spas and shops.
“We started this last year, in the midst of difficult economic times, to give people even more incentive to visit our beautiful town,” stated C.A.P.C. Executive Director Jim Williams. “It worked so well that we’ve expanded it this year,” he added.
The program uses coupons to offer discounts at 22 Eureka Springs’ lodgings, 7 attractions, and 21 restaurants, shops, spa facilities, massage therapists and alternative healers. Visitors can access the coupons online at www.eurekasprings.org by clicking on “Extraordinary Escape Coupons.” Coupons are also available by mail by calling 866-947-4387 (M-F, 8-5) or 800-638-7352 (7 days, 9-5.)
The C.A.P.C. is supporting September Senior Savings Month with an extensive advertising campaign in newspapers in Arkansas and 7 surrounding states.
