1.   Each user has 30 initial points. When uploading a successful algorithm to the server, the user will gain 5 points as an award. And if the uploaded algorithm is workable, when it is downloaded by other users, the user who uploads the successful algorithm will gain 10 points; otherwise, if the algorithm is not workable, the user who uploads the algorithm will lose 3 points.
2.   When downloading the algorithm, please import accurate parameters into the interface.

How to Upload Algorithm

When users finish flash data recovery, they can upload the algorithm to the server by clicking Upload Algorithm. The utility will give the prompt “Completed” if there’s no problem with network connection.


How to Download Algorithm

If users do not know how to set parameters and select algorithm, they can click Download Algorithm to search whether there are matching cases to download. When users click Download Algorithm, the utility will open a sub window with options to search, download and evaluate algorithm.



Search Referenced Algorithm

To search referenced algorithm, users need to specify four parameters including Controller Model, Capacity of CE, Chip Count and Part Number, then click Search. The utility will list all existing and matching algorithm for users to select.




Download Algorithm

If users believe the algorithm can work for their cases, they can select it and click Download. The utility will download it from server and import all settings. After download, 5 points will be deducted.


Evaluate Algorithm

Users can evaluate the downloaded algorithm by giving the user who uploads algorithm Bonus/Fine points. (10 points/5 points)

The system is running for the first time and there will be some bugs or disadvantages. Any suggestions will be appreciated. We will add more and more algorithm to the server and we also want all users can share their successful algorithm to let more and more users can use Flash Doctor easier and better.
