1. Remove landscape rocks from around the foundation and cover nearby plants and bushes
2. Pressure wash all walls and foundations
3. Repair stucco cracks and caulk all your windows and door frames where they meet the stucco
4. All windows and floor are carefully covered
5. Glossy areas are scuff sanded
6. Two coats of paint are applied
7. Customer walk through
ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING.
1. Roofs are carefully cleaned with and pressure washed.
2. Crack, holes and or peelings on existing coating are repaired
3. Surrounding stucco walls are carefully covered.
4. Two coats of Elastomeric coating are applied.
5. Customer walk through
All work comes with a standard written warranty per AZ Registrar of Contractor.
