Seasoned sales and marketing entrepreneur joins V3 ranks

Aug. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- V3 is pleased to announce the addition of Dave Elder as an account executive, primarily serving clients in the advertising, real estate development, building, banking and insurance industries.

A native Southern Californian, Dave is an accomplished entrepreneur with strong roots in consumer, business-to-business and national accounts sales, marketing and customer service. After earning a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Dave began his ten-year career working with LA Cellular and then AT&T Wireless. He then founded Tour de Jour, a private guide service that catered to high-end hotel clientele. Subsequently, he built an extensive background in the home-building and mortgage industries, including acting as president of the Building Industry Association’s (BIA) Sales & Marketing Council (Los Angeles/Ventura area) and as vice president of HomeAid Los Angeles/Ventura, the local chapter of the national not-for-profit housing provider founded by the BIA.

By 2008, Dave became a sought-out resource for printing within the home-building industry. To provide his clients with a broader base of data, print and mail services, he joined the V3 family in July. “We’re thrilled to have Dave as a member of our sales team,” says Mike Szanger, V3’s vice president of sales. “He brings a customer-centric mindset, entrepreneurial approach and diverse industry background that will both serve and help grow our client base.”

Dave lives in Westlake Village with his wife and three sons. In addition to his professional duties, he is the founder and president of the Conejo Valley Triathlon Club, coaches youth track for United Track and serves on the board for HomeAid, which provides dignified housing for the transitionally homeless.
