Reliable Imports Supports Muscular Dystrophy Association

Aug. 25, 2010 - PRLog -- Reliable Imports and RV, located at 438 S. Ingram Mill Road in Springfield, MO, will partner with the Greater Ozarks Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association to sponsor “Cars for a Cure.” This fundraiser will be held from September 1st through the 10th, and during those ten days, Reliable Imports and RV will donate $100 from each vehicle sold!  http://www.reliableimports.com

These donations will go to the St. John’s-Springfield hospital, which treats patients with neuromuscular disorders. They offer other MDA services that include occupational, respiratory, and physical therapy evaluations, flu vaccinations, and assistance with repair and purchase of leg braces, wheelchairs, and communication devices. Additionally, support groups and summer camp is available for patients to take advantage of as well.

Managing partner, Craig Reiserer, states, “This sale is all part of being in a caring community and helping a great cause. The telethon is a national tradition that reminds everyone there is still work to do to find a cure.  Reliable Imports want to do their part and are counting on the additional awareness of the telethon to do more. This sale will be held simultaneously with the annual Jerry Lewis Telethon, which runs from September 5th and 6th on KOLR and will be broadcasted live from the Bass Pro Shop in Springfield.
