Recently, postnatal fitness Robin Farr spent an afternoon talking and filming with fitness model and personal trainer Julie Comer. Both have successful careers which involve helping moms look and feel their best through growth and understanding of fitness and nutrition. Long the hallmark of a successful fitness program, the two discussed successful ways to simplify the path to sexy toned abs and a firm flat tummy.
Julie helps by discussing her vast experience with women's fitness and then breaking down an abs workout into a number of simpler successive elements. Moving through the motions with both the knowledge and skills of a pro, Julie showed step by step a complete abs work tailored around the needs, limitations and concerns of a mother. By the end, the two created a fun and effective new primer for moms who want to tame that baby belly and get their best body ever. Robin noted that with a little creativity, the abs concentration can be an excellent supplement and can be carried out in the playful style of the original Hot Mommy Happy Baby Fitness Solution. The program, which is in video format, will be released as a free bonus with the Hot Mommy Happy Baby Fitness Solution on September 17th, 2010 to all former and future clients.
Looking at either woman now, you wouldn’t believe it, but both Robin and Julie share a common past through their struggles in losing weight. Julie, a competitive swimmer in high school, suffered a knee injury in college and after 3 surgeries found herself overweight and out of shape. Julie confides, “I was 40 pounds overweight and I hated my body.” Understanding exactly how she felt, Robin has traveled the journey to and from her peak weight of 205 pounds. Both of these women are now strikingly fit, wear broad smiles of contentment and each has built a new career from sharing their passion in helping other moms reach for their “ideal self.”
