Chris Tucker appointed head of Sage Department at HBP Systems Ltd

Aug. 24, 2010 - PRLog -- Chris Tucker has been appointed the Head of the Sage Department at HBP Systems Ltd to assist with the development of Sage 200 sales for the Scunthorpe based Accounts Software and IT Support company.

Chris joined HBP in July 2009 working the KCPOS support and installation team, working with businesses that were implementing new electronic point of sale systems in retail, hospitality, leisure or trade environments. Chris previous role was with Newcastle based accounting giants Sage and the experience he gained in this role proved invaluable in linking KCPOS with Sage accounting solutions as well as assisting with the installations of new Sage 200 systems.

However, due to HBP Systems’ further commitment to Sage and their continued efforts to promote the brand in the local area Chris has been recruited to spearhead the sales and support of the Sage 200 Suite in and around North Lincolnshire.

Sage 200 is a powerful business software solution that encompasses finance, customer relationship management and business intelligence modules as well as a number of other more industry specific add-ons. HBP Systems added Sage 200 to their range of accounting software solutions in 2008 and have already been successful in building up a local base of customers.

Chris Tucker is very optimistic about his new role and hopes that his past experience and Sage 200 knowledge can offer a level of service that is unmatched in North Lincolnshire. He commented,

“Working at Sage was a great challenge and gave me a brilliant understanding of their products as well as the problems that businesses face when upgrading their accounts software. I will be looking to use everything I’ve learnt to help businesses in the local area make good decisions when implementing software that will benefit them in the long run.”
Chris is currently in the process of creating a number of documents that will help smaller companies assess whether or not upgrading their current software can offer them any benefits.
